Tuition must be paid on a weekly basis, payments are due Friday of every week. A late fee of $10.00 will be added to any account that payment has not been made by Friday. If payment is not made by the first day of attendance the following week enrollment at St. Croix Kids will be discontinued until the account is paid in full. Re-enrollment will require the full registration fee.
The school will charge overdue accounts an interest rate of 18% per year.
At the time of registration, the $50.00 non-refundable registration fee will be required to reserve the child’s space.
There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned check (NSF).
TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT
A written two-week notice is required prior to terminating a child’s enrollment. The registration fee will not be refunded.
St. Croix Kids closes at 6:00pm. A late fee will be charged for pick up after 6:00, click on LATE PICKUP FEES.
If a parent fails to pick up a child after closing time the staff will attempt to contact the parents and all emergency numbers. If unable to contact anyone within one hour the police will be notified to pick up the child.
CHANGE OF CONTRACT
To change your contract and bill you must submit a request in writing two weeks prior to the change along with a $10.00 change of service fee. You are responsible for tuition according to the old contract until the change goes into effect.
